Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ChessMate purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. As our chess sets are handcrafted and inspected before dispatch, we ask that you take care when unboxing.

How to Request a Return To start a return, please contact us at [jawaidkhan534@hotmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Personalised or custom-made chess sets cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

International Returns For international orders, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs/duties fees.
