This genuine large Mexican carved wood and bone chess set features a multi-coloured design. Made from wood and bone, it exudes a vintage charm perfect for chess enthusiasts and collectors alike. The set comes with its own chessboard which also acts as a storage space. There are some damages to a few pieces as shown in the images, which does not hinder the game and is commensurate with age and use. One light pawn is missing and there are no latches on the chessboard. All pieces are beautifully felted at the base and travel smoothly on the chessboard.
