The Wooden Antique St. George chess set with a chessboard made of quality wood. The set, still unrestored and undamaged, would make a valuable addition to any collector's vintage chess collection. Its classic design and craftsmanship make it a unique and timeless piece of gaming history. I am not sure when it was manufactured, but it is in excellent condition. All pieces are in perfect condition and I have not restored any pieces. The box is damaged and I have not tried to restore it, leaving it to the eventual buyer who may decide to restore it themselves. The chessboard is not original to the set pieces, is heavy and made of solid wood.
