This product is a set of multicoloured German-made chess pieces, featuring a felted and lacquered design. The chess pieces are made from resin or acrylic, giving them a sturdy and durable feel. The previous owner says that his set was left in the loft for over 30 years; some were not fully painted. I have finished these yet notice that the pain has also aged, as iot has gone a bit dark. The paint pots are therefore also over 30 yerars! This is a used vintage item so please expect minor wear and tear, commensurate with age, usage and passage of time. All pieces are bottom felted. I do not know the name of the German manufacturer, but I know it is made in Germany; having sold this item twice before. Please also note the chessboard and the surrounding ornaments Do Not come with this set of Chess Pieces.
