The pieces are lightly weighted, not heavy ( I think they are Aluminium weighted and I have left one piece with a small hole showing it). Please note that 3 pieces felts have been repaired. As this is a used item, please allow for minor wear and tear, commensurate with age and usage. There is no chessbaord with this set and the surrounding ornaments are for display purpose only. However it has its original quality wood storage, as in the image.
