The pieces are lightly weighted (likely aluminium weighted — one piece has a small hole showing this). Please note that 3 pieces' felts have been repaired. As this is a used item, please allow for minor wear and tear, commensurate with age and usage. There is no chessboard with this set and the surrounding ornaments are for display purpose only. However it has its original quality wood storage box, as shown in the image.
